AIFA Reading Society and Kenna Partners Empower Students at Okesuna Junior High School Through Back2School Initiative

On Thursday, September 26, 2024, AIFA Reading Society, in collaboration with Kenna Partners, brought the Back2School project to Okesuna Junior High School. This initiative aimed to equip students with essential school supplies while inspiring academic excellence and career aspirations.

The event featured a debate session moderated by AIFA’s Programme Officer, Ms. Chinazom Ekwosimba, where students demonstrated their critical thinking and public speaking skills on topics like homework policies and social media usage. A career talk given by Ms. Chidera Mbaogu, Asoociate at Kenna Partner on pursuing law provided insight into legal professions, followed by a quiz session that rewarded participants with cash prizes.

Ms. Yetunde Daramola delivered an inspiring motivational speech, encouraging students to strive for excellence. The highlight of the day was the distribution of 140 drawstring bags filled with school essentials, ensuring students were equipped for success.

The school’s principal expressed profound gratitude to AIFA Reading Society and Kenna Partners for their unwavering commitment to educational empowerment.
