As the Head of Operations for AIFA Reading Society, Joy Lawal oversees the daily operations of the society and defines the strategy of the organisation to ensure the execution and evaluation of projects in alignment with the Society’s objectives.  

Joy’s passion for creating impact and making a difference in her environment has led her to be involved in various capacities in the non-profit sector for the past fifteen years. She also mentors young people on their career development. 

When she is not working, Joy loves to travel, listen to music, read and write. 

Joy has an M.Sc. in Political Science from the University of Lagos, Lagos and a B.Sc. in International Relations from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
