Hon. Justice Dr Ishaq Usman Bello is a trained Legal Practitioner called to the Nigerian Bar in 1983. He has been a Magistrate (of all grades), Legal Adviser, Deputy Chief Registrar (Supreme Court of Nigeria), Judge (High Court, FCT), Acting Chief Judge and Chief Judge of the FCT, Abuja (Retired) where he ensured that the activities and duties of the court were carried out in a seamless and efficient manner that ensures the smooth administration of justice.

Hon. Justice Bello has a doctorate degree in Law from Ahmadu Bello University. Outside his outstanding educational qualifications from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria and other top Nigerian Universities, Hon. Justice Bello has also been honoured with the Doctor of Laws of the Caribbean University.

Hon. Justice Bello has excellent oral and Written communication skills. He is also versed in Legal research, Arbitration, mediation, and negotiation.

Hon. Justice Bello is a member of awardee of unity bar FCT, Abuja; life-member –magistrates association of Nigeria; Member, Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIM); member, Nigerian Bar Association; member, International Bar Association.

Hon. Justice Bello is also a fellow of the following professional bodies; Fellow of The Nigerian Institute of Corporate Administration; Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Mediators And Conciliators; Fellow, Chattered Institute Of Arbitrators (Nigeria); Fellow, International Dispute Resolution Institute (IDR); Fellow, Nigerian Institute Of Advanced Legal Studies.
